Supporting a global leader in the chemical industry, we are looking to hire an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality systems and compliance across their India operations. This role is central to aligning global quality strategies with local business needs and regulatory standards.
Based in Mumbai, you will take ownership of quality across a diverse outsourced manufacturing network, ensuring all sites meet both internal standards and local compliance requirements. You will oversee quality issue management, including nonconformities, complaints, product holds, and recalls, and lead investigations, root cause analyses, and regional CAPA initiatives.
You will also play a key role in audit planning and execution, working closely with external partners and regulatory bodies. Developing and sustaining a strong quality culture across the organisation is critical, along with maintaining effective reporting systems and KPIs.
Ideal candidates will hold a degree in Quality, Supply Chain, Chemical Manufacturing, or a related discipline, and bring 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is essential, along with strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and fluency in English.
