A global leader in the environmental solutions sector is looking for a dynamic and strategic Regional Lead to oversee the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process for its APAC region. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for all SIOP-related activities, ensuring the alignment of sales forecasts, supply capabilities, and financial objectives. You will facilitate key meetings, collaborate with internal teams, and drive improvements in forecasting and supply chain processes to meet business goals.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in demand management, planning, or related supply chain functions. You should have a strong track record in leading regional S&OP processes, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights are essential, as is experience in managing product transitions and optimizing supply chain performance.
